THE BUYER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING

 1. Buyer accepts full responsibility for this kitten and will provide proper care for the kittens welfare.  Buyer agrees that this
kitten will always receive prompt medical care.  Buyer agrees to provide companionship for this kitten, never leaving it alone
for extended periods of time without human attention.

2.     2. Seller warrants that the kitten is coming from a clean healthy Cattery, kittens vaccinations will be up-to-date.  Seller guarantees that the kitten is genetically sound to the best of seller's knowledge.  Seller guarantees said kitten is PKD negative. 

 3. Seller will replace the kitten if the kitten should die of a genetic defect on or before it's 1st birthday, providing that Color-Bi-Dsign is still breeding, and that the defect is evidenced in an autopsy report provided to the seller, Buyer will also provide the seller all vet records of the kitten.  Buyer will not administer the Feline Leukemia or a FIP vaccine to the kitten, understanding these vaccines can cause harm to the kitten's health and these two stated vaccinations will null and void the 1-year guarantee.  All shipping cost is Buyers responsibility. 

3.     4. Buyer will not expose kitten to shared food, water or litter boxes with other cats until the kitten has had a health check within the 72 hour period.  If the kitten is found not to be in good health by a licensed Veterinarian within the 72 hour period, Seller will replace the kitten if provided with documented health conditions from a licensed Veterinarian.  If the kitten is found not to be in good health by the Veterinarian within the 72 hours this is the only reason an adjustment will be made.  If the kitten is returned, the next available kitten of equal value will be offered to buyer as a replacement.  Prior to any animal replacement being made, all papers issued with this animal must be returned, properly signed, transferring ownership back to the breeder. 

4.      5. Seller does not guarantee said kitten will win any titles at any cat show, said kitten is being sold as a pet. 
Seller reserves the right of refusal of the sale of said kitten for any reason at any time, if we choose to do so and money was
sent all monies will be returned.  All kittens are only reserved by a non-refundable deposit.

Sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal dispute shall be in the State of South Carolina , County of Lancaster.
